I don’t remember where I heard it first, but there is a quote that makes me laugh and yet feels too real all at the same time. It says, “I try to take one day at a time, but lately several have been attacking me at once.” And if that isn’t life, I don’t know what is.

Life has been keeping me busy, and while I’m recording all kinds of ideas in my writing notebook, I haven’t had time to put them into blog posts or any other format. I’m continuing to prep my blog for a new theme, but I’m discovering just how long that takes. Still, it’s exciting to think it will look like a completely different site when I’m done so the work is worth it. Work and family responsibilities are eating up my time lately so I get things done as I can. That’s life, too.

Our lives are made up of the both the mundane and amazing, and I’m catching a bit of both lately. While my posts are a bit behind, I’ll keep planning, updating, preparing, and writing to catch both sides. If life is feeling that way for you right now, just know that someone else understands where you are. We aren’t stuck. We’re living. Movement occurs in seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years. Keep going.
